The Cabinet is placed under the authority of a Chief of Cabinet appointed by the Government Delegate with the rank and prerogatives of a sub-director. Mr Mbua Samuel, current Chief of Cabinet, is an Executive Officer who graduated from the National School of Administration and Magistracy (ENAM). The Cabinet shall among other duties be in charge of the following:

• The private affairs of the Government Delegate.
• Public Relations and Communications.
• Protocol.
• Cooperation and Partnership.
• Travelling of the Government Delegate in and out of the nation.
• Registration and treatment of in-coming mails.

• Public Relations.
• The Private Secretariat.
• The Communication Bureau and
• The Cooperation and Partnership Bureau.
