Conference Centre
Service Head of Conference Centre/Ewule Georgiana
The Conference Centre is headed by a service head, appointed by the Government Delegate. He/she shall carry out the following duties:
- Drawing up and implementing City Council's policy on green belts and public gardens.
- Renting out the City Council’s services, infrastructure and structures.
- Managing the City Council’s archives.
- Administrative management of the City Council's real estates including the trade fair grounds, statues and monuments.
- Managing the municipal museum.
- Any other duties assigned by the Government Delegate.
The Conference Centre shall comprise 3 bureaus:
- The archives.
- The tourism and museum.
- The hiring bureau.
