This department shall be headed by a director, appointed by the Government Delegate. He shall be in charge of:

1. Preparing, elaborating, implementing and following up of the City Council's budget.
2. Mobilising and managing finance resources of the City Council.
3. Information of tax payers.
4. Institutional relations with both council and state administrative and financial services.
5. Managing the City Council's loans and debts in relation to the organs and services concerned.
6. Managing the City Council's personnel.
7. Actions relating to the associative life and policy of social integration of the City Council.
8. Any other duties assigned by the Government Delegate.
