The City Council benefits from the secondment of a Stores Accountant from MINFIB. His attributes are stipulated by the Government Delegate and he shall have the rank and prerogatives of a sub-director.

• Keeping stock of Limbe City Council assets.
• Reception and delivery of materials.
• Any other duties assigned by the Government Delegate in keeping with the rules and regulations of MINFIB

• Limbe City Council inventory of materials received and reimbursed;
• Assisting the stores accountant in the delivery and reception of council property;
• Any other duties assigned by the Government Delegate, Stores Accountant or Secretary General.
