The City Council benefits from the secondment of a municipal treasurer and an assistant municipal treasurer who are both appointed by a joint decision of MINATD and MINFI. To this respect other regulatory instruments stipulates the responsibilities of the Municipal Treasurer and his assistant who shall have the ranks and prerogatives of director and Sub director respectively.
