The Works Service shall be headed by a Works Supervisor with the rank and prerogatives of a service head. He shall be in charge of:

• Identifying, programming studies and realisation of all road maintenance works, outbuilding and other building and other infrastructure.
• Collecting all necessary data for the programming of tasks relating to infrastructure maintenance.
• Programming of studies relating to the realisation of the maintenance of street network lighting, traffic lights as well as security equipment.
• Preliminary approval of extension or reinforcement projects of water, electricity, telecommunications supply network and public lighting as well as any other technical network.
• Relations with the technical bare of the City Council.

The works service has 5 bureaus:

• Bricklaying.
• Carpentry.
• Plumbing.
• Electricity.
• Road Maintenance.
